I was born and raised in Lincoln, NE and attended Lincoln Northeast High School, University of Nebraska and Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City.
In enjoy time with my family. My wife and I have 5 grown children, several of whom are married. We also have 13 grandchildren who keep us busy.
I enjoy sports - especially football, and am an avid Husker Football Fan. I am a huge fan of weight lifting and pushing to better myself in all aspects, physically, mentally and Spiritually.
I have been in practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic for 35 years and have taken extra training in Whiplash and brain injury traumatology, as well as Acupuncture. I enjoy treating people of all ages as each stage of life has unique challenges to be addressed. I love to help my patients improve and overcome these challenges. I believe it is important to keep the body functioning properly and through Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, and proper strength and conditioning we have the best chance to help our patients accomplish their health goals.
I would tell anyone who has not thought about trying Chiropractic they should give it a try. They cannot know how good they can feel and perform in their day to day lives.
I get asked so many questions such as, "How did this happen?" "How long will it take to get better?" "How do I keep from having this happen again?"
These questions we address in our office. My goal is to determine with the patient their health goals, get them out of pain, get them on the path to better health by addressing causes for their condition and helping to move them forward in their care. I want my patients to advocate for themselves to learn how their bodies work and respond.
